Korine Barlas is 15 and a sophomore at The Prout School. She has been dancing since the age of 2 and currently trains at Rhode Island Arts Academy. She has been in the company for 7 years. She has performed in Celtic Reflections, Ever After, As One. Kaeriti and Drummin'. She performed in the solo of the Swan Lake pas de trios and Madeline in Madeline meets the Nutcracker 2007, and Alice in Alice meets the Nutcracker in 2009. She is Clara in the 2010 production of the Nutcracker at the Prout School. She attends summer intensive programs at Festival Ballet Providence. Korine is a teacher apprentice for RIBAA and is an honor student.
